A Política de Garantia entra em vigor na data de publicação e permanece em vigor por tempo indeterminado, sujeita a alterações pela S.I.N.*

A S.I.N. garante apenas a substituição de seus produtos, não estando coberto qualquer tipo de serviço ou custo relacionado ao tratamento, tampouco a responsabilidade por eventuais perdas e danos do Implantodontista, do Paciente e/ou de quaisquer terceiros. *

É fundamental seguir as instruções de uso dos produtos, preencher corretamente o Formulário de Garantia e fornecer toda a documentação necessária para acionar a garantia.*

Não se aplica a situações como uso inadequado dos produtos, danos causados por terceiros, falhas na execução do tratamento pelo profissional, entre outros casos especificados, conforme as regras. *

A S.I.N. concluirá a avaliação do produto em até 30 (trinta) dias após receber o Formulário de Garantia e a documentação necessária, sendo certo que, se for constatado defeito de fabricação, a S.I.N. procederá a substituição do produto, conforme as regras. *

Através do preenchimento do Formulário de Garantia e enviando-o à S.I.N. juntamente com a documentação necessária, dentro do prazo estipulado na Política de Garantia.*

Varia de acordo com o tipo de solução. Implantes dentários têm garantia vitalícia, enquanto componentes sobre implantes têm garantia de cinco anos.*

Implantes dentários e soluções que apresentem defeitos, deformidades, quebras ou irregularidades, têm garantidos a substituição gratuita da peça, observando-se as condições do Termo de Garantia Vitalícia.*
